GOOD AFTERNOON CREEK COMMUNITY!
Back in the office for good now. Summer vacations and lacrosse have concluded. Now, my full attention turns to the approaching school year. It is approaching quickly. Great planning going on. I am very excited for the school year. With that, gonna throw a lot of stuff at you. So, read carefully. Open the attachments. Take care of what you can take care of sooner rather than later.

Here are the center's schedules

Friday, August 6 4pm until 6pm
To make getting back into the swing of things easier and to help you make sure you've checked off all of the boxes as school starts, we have a checklist for you.
Hey parents of rising Sophomores. We know your Freshman year at The Creek was not exactly normal. Your kids may be feeling just as anxious as the rising Freshmen. We got you.
The county has always asked/required parents and students to sign off on receipt of the Code of Conduct. The process is now embedded in Infinite Campus.
Two Joe's Creek (TJC) would like to share an opportunity with the community to talk trauma. We've all been through some stuff. How do we deal with that? How do our children deal with that? TJC wants to have a community conversation about that.
WHEW! QUICK BREATH. ALMOST DONE
That's for links and attachments. One last announcement.
The results for the graduation venue survey were overwhelming. Jump Around Arena in Stone County it is. Still have to work through the process with the county, though. While our date and time will not be confirmed until January or February 2022, we have a tentative date and time, so mark your calendars.
I will stress all of this is tentative. And what is written here is what I know. Any and all details related to graduation will be coming later. I know some of you will ask questions about graduation.
My answer is, "I don't know."
I guess that'll do it for now. Have given you a lot to sift through and process. I'm around if you have a question (that I can answer). Enjoy the rest of your summer. Soak it up.
