We're constantly working to improve and add to our line of offerings to address the specific needs of our customers. Here are the latest feature additions and updates to our solutions.
NetSuite Integration Updates
We're pleased to announce that NetSuite has once again recertified TrueCommerce's integration as Built for NetSuite for their latest version, 2021.2.
Also updated: our product catalog integration for NetSuite, which allows businesses to pull item data directly from NetSuite and share it with partners.
- This functionality can be used to create EDI 832 documents, or to update item information in TrueCommerce Product Manager.
Product Manager
We continue to add new features and capabilities to our innovative PIM software solution. Here are the latest additions:
Bulk Edit and View
Allows customers to select one or many products and mass updated a variety of key fields.
- Select and use new Bulk flyout to edit and also view Product information quickly and easily
- Quickly make updates to single Products by selecting one and using the Bulk Edit flyout to enrich Products
PIM for Shopify Meta Data Fields
A new addition to our Shopify integration which will take customized meta data fields that customers can manage within Product Manager and publish to their Shopify store fronts.
- Empowers customers to create and maintain meta data fields inside PIM and publish to their Shopify sites.
- Meta fields can be displayed on product or item pages on the Shopify site to display a variety of information specific to the customer’s product.
PIM for eBay Product Listings Integration
This new integration will allow customers to take their products inside the PIM interface and publish them to their eBay stores.
- Allows for import of specific required information from eBay based on the categories the customer is selling in
- Publish, update, and maintain all products on eBay site using the PIM application with automatic updates quickly sent to eBay

New Nexternal Help Article about Split Order Processing
This article highlights new functionality which gives merchants the option to segment each backordered item into its own segment, instead of grouping all backordered items into a single segment. This is particularly useful if you regularly take orders that contain a mixture of in-stock and out-of-stock products and wish to process and fulfill them on an as-available basis; or if you regularly take orders with multiple Ship-To Addresses, Ship-From Addresses, or Pickup Locations, and wish to process and fulfill them separately.
